Below are Cabana del Oso’s policies and frequently asked questions. Most questions can be answered here, but if you need further assistance, please email Aaron at host@cabanadeloso.com

Check-In & Check-Out

Normal check-in is 4:00 p.m. the day of the reservation, with check out at 11:00 a.m. the day of departure. I have a great deal of flexibility, so if there is not a reservation adjacent, you will be fine. Please message on Airbnb or call a house manager if you need to arrive early or check out late.

House Rules
Guests have full access to the sauna and hot tub (upon reviewing and agreeing to rules) BBQ Grill, firewood, lawn chairs, board games and corn hole. The gas grill is available Memorial Day to Labor Day.

THIS IS NOT A HOUSE FOR LARGE PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC! There are many other places that are more remote in Packwood and I can put you in contact with other owners.

Cancellation Policy
No fee cancellation if done at least 30 days before stay.

 

Things to Consider
Weekend rentals between Memorial Day and Labor Day require two days minimum and three-day minimum for holiday weekends (Memorial Day, President’s Day, 4th of July, Labor Day Weekend). All nationally recognized holidays require a three-night minimum unless otherwise authorized by the owner.
